However, if there are exceptional circumstances for your request, you would need to discuss this with your Head of Department, who would then need to apply for permission from the Clerk of Senate on your behalf. If you get agreement from both these parties, we will make the necessary arrangements regarding exam papers. However you must arrange a venue in which to sit the exam, as per the rules for the appropriate venues above, and let us know of the venue, and the name and phone number/fax number/email address of a contact. The cost of sitting outwith the University of Glasgow for session 2008/09 is £50 per exam. These arrangments must be made by the last day of the enrolment period.
