jQuery is a Javascript framework and if you know a little about Javascript it is very easy to learn and use! Expect about 3-4 days of additional time to get yourself familiar with it.

jQuery is not so difficult to learn if you have some skills in programming. You can find many online courses in google. Also this jQuery tutor can be quite useful, they are excellence in every technical task. I often use their help.
