Yes. You can either purchase the Box Version through a reseller or the Ulead Mall or the Download Version from the Ulead Mall. These versions do not require Internet access to install or activate MediaStudio Pro 8. If you choose to purchase MediaStudio Pro 8 via the Trial Version , then you MUST HAVE Internet access to activate the program.
