Unfortunately those sources won’t give you information about colorants at various concentrations that you would need to rigorously test a Kubelka-Munk implementation. If you are interested in a specific system (like a brand of paints), you might try making a request to the manufacturer for some nominal spectral reflectance data. Another alternative is to look for specification sheets from colorant manufacturers, who sometimes include reflectance data.
