There are other payment methods as well. If none of them work – you can still order using credit card of your brother, sister, father, mother, relative, friend or cousin (or anybody else). Order using his/hers card and give him/her cash. When they order they need to fill in the details of their own, but you can still leave your e-mail address. When you log in to user pages later – you will be able to set your own name so the credit card name doesn’t matter. We have to verify this information though – so there will be a short delay. Once this is set, there are no further changes and you can use your account as you like. If the card name is your own, there are no delays at all.
