I do not have a CPF account, how can I open one to qualify for ElderShield?
To qualify for auto-coverage under ElderShield, kindly open your CPF account 3 months before the commencement date of the policy. You just need to visit either the CPF Board office at Robinson Road or any of the four branches at Bishan, Woodlands, Jurong or Tampines. You have to go during office hours and take your IC with you. Alternatively, you may mail a cheque to CPF Board at 79 Robinson Road, Singapore 068897, stating the following: 1) Name 2) NRIC number and 3) it is for Voluntary contribution.
