A. The Cattle Price Insurance Program is the first program AFSC is delivering online with the intention of giving producers added flexibility of not having to come into one of our District Offices. While AFSC is encouraging producers to use the CPIP website themselves, staff are trained to submit purchases on your behalf, based on information you submit using the Request to Purchase and Request to Claim forms. Staff will submit the transaction on your behalf and ensure you receive a copy of the associated paperwork.
