I do most of my business in my local calling area. Do I have to use an 800 number or can Callfidence work on my local line?

Unfortunately, Callfidence service is only offered via an 800 number because WorkEasy does not have a local presence in every community. If you want all of your calls to go through Callfidence you can either forward your local number to your Callfidence 800 number or have Bell put a recording on your local number instructing callers of the new (800) number to dial.
