I’m not a doctor, but I have experience with this problem, here’s my take: What others have said so far is true, and if the swelling/pain gets more severe or if you get other symptoms, please go see a doctor at a free clinic (not optimal, I know) or shell out a bit of money for a regular doctor visit. I don’t think you need to go to urgent care or anything drastic. But you should also keep in mind a very common reason for swollen glands/nodes in your armpit is deodorant. Deodorant can clog your pores/glands. I have had the EXACT same thing as you twice in my life. I visited a doctor the first time and he said to avoid deodorant in that arm for a few days, also AVOID PICKING AT IT OR SQUEEZING IT, soak in warm, clean water and it would clear up on its own. Both times I got this, I followed my doctor’s advice and it went away on its own within a week. I’ve noticed that every time I over-apply regular deodorant, within a couple weeks I get a swollen gland again. I switched to a more natur
