You should receive a confirmation shortly after purchase containing your personal Activation Key to unlock ClearScope’s practice exams. Sometimes this email bounces back due to full mailbox etc, or it doesn’t arrive due to an email address being typed in incorrectly. This could also mean that your order did not actually go through. Please Contact Us with the exact name used to purchase the product and the date of purchase. You will be emailed a copy of your original purchase confirmation.
