I did the level 1 eAuthentication process but I never received an E-Mail. How do I get to Step 2?
Send an e-mail to the eAuthentication helpdesk: eAuthHelpDesk@itc.nrcs.usda.gov Include: Your first and last name Your eAuthentication user ID. Indicate you are a public customer. The URL (Web address) of the Web site for EaTIS (http://www.eatis.fs.usda.gov/) Tell them you have not received the confirmation email. They will manually activate your account. Once you are notified that you are validated you can proceed to STEP 2 of the eAuthentication process.
