I did not recieve the activation email or the password reset email, what happened?
Two things may have happened. Your email address stored within your profile is incorrect or the email was intercepted by your spam blocker. Your email may have been typed incorrectly or may have changed since you registered. If your spam blocker intercepted the message, you may find it in your “junk mail” or “trash” folders. You can prevent your spam blocker from intercepting our emails by allowing email from @purplemartin.org email addresses. If you are not recieving the forum’s emails, the best thing to do is contact the board administrator for help.
