Please call Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 or dial 611 from your Verizon Wireless device. They will put you in contact with our Global Support Team who can assist you with getting your device properly set-up prior to your trip abroad. NOTE: The BlackBerry Storm 9530 Smartphone and the Samsung Saga came with a Pre-Installed SIM Card as well as a Global Support Literature Kit. No Global Pack is required.
