I did not receive instructions for attending the eMedical Forum Webcast. What do I do?
To attend an eMedical Forum Webcast (assuming you have submitted a registration form at least 24 hours in advance of the seminar): • Return to the detailed listing page for that seminar on MerckProductServices™. The fastest way to find the seminar that you have registered for is through the My Scheduled Webcasts button in the eMedical Forum Webcast area of the home page. Click on the “Details” link for that event. • Click on the “Attend” button. This button will only appear on the page 30 minutes before the start of the seminar. • You will then be taken to an “exit” page that informs you that you are leaving the MerckProductServices site, and entering a specific seminar. Click on the link on that page, and then follow the instructions on the next page to log in to the seminar.
