I did not present my MVP Rewards card at a previous Hibbett purchase, can I still receive credit?
First, please be sure your purchase is not listed in the “pending” status under your Points History. If it is not, you may submit purchase information from your sales receipt once logged into your account under the “My Account” tab, then click the “Forgot MVP Card at Purchase” tab. A Customer Service Representative will process your request within 72 hours of submission. I registered in my local Hibbett Sports store and cannot verify my account online. You will need to verify your in-store registration online 48 hours after registering in the store by going to www.hibbett.com and click the “Sign in to your MVP Account” button at the top right of your screen. A drop down menu will allow you to complete the verification process by choosing “Verify your account” to the right of the login screen. You will need to enter the MVP number listed on the back of your card along with the phone number you provided at the time of registration.
