I had the same problem then I went on the IRS website and found out that if you had a direct deposit due to a refund anticipation loan then you would get your check back on the schedule date the paper check would go out. You can go on the website for the IRS and find out about how much you are looking to get back and also what is going on with your check.

when you did not received your check yet, it will best for you if you call them up to let them know about. If you did get yet with 6 weeks after due date, they’ll just resend another check, and calculate whether there has been a fraud or not with what has happend to your check.
