I did a search of the Knox Library Catalog from the RefWorks Search Online Catalog area and a title I know about didn show up in my results (and I know its in the catalog!). Why?
A. You will always get better search results by searching directly in the Knox Library catalog. The searching protocol used in the Search/Online Catalog or Database area in RefWorks will provide some basic searching, but not to the level of detail that searching directly does. We always recommend for complex searching strategies — search the source directly.
