I deleted personnel (extensions | authorization codes) a while ago. Why are they appearing in this periods organization reports?
Deleted personnel, billing numbers, or authorization codes associated with call records must remain in the database strictly for historical reports. They are “deactivated” — as such, they are marked for deletion and cannot be accessed by organization table viewers. Deactivated records are removed by the automatic cleanup program once all associated call records are deleted from the database (see related topic: Global Settings).
