I de-installed IntelliAdress but the programs menu option remains in Outlook. How can I get rid of the menu option?

Normally, once IntelliAddress is de-installed, the menu icon is deleted automatically. If for any reason it is not deleted, please go to “Options” under the menu and manually remove the icon by dragging and dropping for removal.
