I danced a lot in my high school years, but I haven’t been dancing the past three or four (or five or six…) years. Should I take beginner, intermediate or advanced level classes?

If you have lots of previous dance training, even though you have been out of the dance scene for a few years, we recommend taking the advanced classes. The beginner classes are geared more towards students who have never danced before and are very basic. If you are unsure, feel free to take all levels of classes before you decide which class is right for you. However, this may not guarantee you a spot in the class as classes fill up quickly! The beginner classes, while they proceed at a slower pace than the advanced classes, are a great way to strengthen basic technique.
