Yeah, I had a small cut on my finger (on the pad of my index) and it didn’t stop bleeding… 1.) Keep Pressure on it, it will eventually stop for a while. 2.) Go to a doctors office or hospital. 3.) They can cauterize the wound. Finger cuts like that don’t stop bleeding.
