Candidates who began working in an urban school district, CMO, or the federal or state department of education within the past year and who meet our academic degree and work experience requirements may apply to be an Associate Resident. Associate Residents remain in their current positions, but they receive the other benefits of being a Broad Resident (e.g. access to The Broad Center staff and network, professional development sessions, 360-degree feedback, etc.).
