I currently run a paper based practice and have both hard copies and electronic scans of these documents. How does VETport associate these scanned documents with VETports Medical records?
Through a simple process to upload, you can upload, and attach scanned documents and images to the medical record. Once the patient and master problem are active in the dashboard, just click on the attach file link in the master problem launch pad. It could be done from China if you wish. We can also offer the service of incorporating all your current paper based records into VETport as a starting point. By providing us with media containing client and patient records as a pdf, we can help you convert you paper based record to a paperless EMR(Electronic Medical Record).
