If you currently hold a valid full licence and want to add provisional entitlement to drive larger vehicles, minibuses and buses you must complete the application form and the medical report form. It is also necessary to return with original documentation confirming your identity, a passport style colour photograph and your current driving licence. There is a fee of =N=3,500.00 required for the application. Please visit the nearest office of the VIO.
