When you sign up for Online Banking, you’ll have access to the same payee list that you use to make payments over the phone. You’ll be able to make payments to these payees either online, by phone or both–whatever is most convenient. When you make payments over the phone, they will immediately show as pending online, and vice versa. There is no longer any distinction between Telephone Bill or Online Bill Pay; it’s all one Bill Pay and it’s all free!
