I currently have an OS OnDemand Pilot Licence and am upgrading to a commercial licence. Will my access to the service be interrupted?

When upgrading from a pilot to a commercial licence, a new username and password needs to be created for you. However, to enable you to migrate across to the new login credentials, we will keep the pilot login credentials active for an agreed period of time enabling continual access to the service.
