Effective January 2008, all participants in the Annual FAST LANE Tunnel Communities Resident Program will need to re-qualify on an annual basis in order to remain in the program. Notices with instructions will be mailed out prior to the renewal date. Failure to re-qualify will result in the loss of privileges and/or fines.
