Yes, the FaxTalk software that was bundled with your modem qualifies you for the special upgrade price to FaxTalk Messenger Pro. You will need to have to have a qualifying FaxTalk program already installed on the computer as the FaxTalk Messenger Pro upgrade software will search your hard disk for a qualifying FaxTalk product before installing the FaxTalk Messenger Pro software.
