• Once a new Empl Rcd # has been created it cannot be deleted. If you have mistakenly created more than one Empl Rcd # for the same job, you will need to terminate the record you do not intend to use. Use the same date for the Hire and Termination row, effectively ‘canceling’ the job. Don’t forget to use the Effective Sequence # field, because there will be more than one row with the same Effective Date.
