I created a video community on BoostCast.com and I want to be informed when somebody posts a new comment, video or blog. How do I do that?

You don’t need to do anything! Alerts are activated by default, and you’ll get an email each time a new comment is posted on one of your videos. If you want want to stop receiving alerts, change your email preferences in the configurations page of the admin panel.
