I created a folder assignment, or edited a document, FilePoint is not reflecting my change on my screen. Why is this ?

You may need to tap the “Refresh” icon at the top right of your FilePoint screen. FilePoint can be set to refresh each time you access it, however performance may be faster if you choose to refresh manually, rather than doing so every time you access it.
