I create my findset and select the label report, however, nothing appears on the report. What is wrong?
Make sure you have added at least one copy to your catalog records. To find out if you have, return to your catalog and look at the column on the far right hand side labeled Copies/In. If you see 0/0 that means that you do not have any copy records and you will need to go into each record and add them. The copy records are what are used to print labels. If you have copy records there will be a number other than zero in the 1st digit. Example: 1/0 or 2/2, etc. If this is the case and you are still not getting any data in your report, make sure you have your call number setting set to the correct call number field. Go to Settings -> General and go to the 2nd to last section where it says Call Number Location. Set your call number location and click Save. This should solve the problem.
