I converted LaTeX document to Word with TeX2Word, but I got [EQUATION] text in place of every equation. Why?
TeX2Word converts equations to Design Science MathType (version 4 and later) equations. You need to install MathType. Design Science MathType version 5 is distributed as 30-day evaluation and then it goes to Lite mode. It is enough to have MathType 5 in Lite mode for TeX2Word to display equations correctly.
