I consistently receive an error code 691 when trying to connect. What am I doing wrong?
Dial-up Networking (DUN) error code 691 refers to an incorrect username and/or password. Double-check that your CAPS Lock isn’t on and re-type your password. If you’re travelling and you’ve changed your access number, you’ll need to change your username and add the suffix of @ntslink.net/.com/.biz to your username, depending upon the access number you’re using. If after a few attempts, you’re still unable to connect, give our technical support staff a call at (309)353-2913.
