A There are technical problems that occur when using AOL to complete the OBRI. Although AOL is the default web browser for subscribers, you may also use Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. To register a business using the OBRI, minimize the AOL screen on your computer and open either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
