Health Programs are online tools and programs with 10-12 phases that Blue Shield offers SISC PPO plans who have specific risk factors, such as weight, fitness, stress, cholesterol, etc. that are revealed by their health and wellness assessment results. Health Programs are powered by WebMD. Information Centers are online resources and tools addressing specific health topics that Blue Shield makes available to SISC PPO plan participants; Information Centers do not offer guided programs.
