I completed an Online Course, but I have not received my Email Certificate or a paper Certificate in the mail. Whats the problem?

• After you complete an Online CE course, you will receive your CEU certificate instantly in several formats. 1) The confirmation page will have the Receipt and Certificate information on it, and you can print that page. 2) On that page will also be a link for you to click and pull up a Fancy Certificate, which you can Print and also Save to your computer. 3) You will also receive an Email Certificate at the email address you provided on the quiz/payment form. In this email is another link to the Fancy Printable Certificate. You will NOT receive a paper copy of the Certificate in the mail – as the above new format options will satisfy your licene renewal needs. • IF you do not receive your email CEU certificate within a few minutes, please check your email’s Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder. • If you still do not receive your email certificate, please contact our office at (800) 390-9536 and we will be more than happy to assist you. • Most likely, you just accidentally typo’d your email addr
