I completed a Quiz Online, but I have not received my Email Certificate. Whats the problem?
• CE Certificates are sent to the Email address you provided on the quiz/payment form. We will also mail you a paper copy. • IF you do not receive your email CEU certificate within approximately 4 Business Hours, please check your email’s Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder. • If you still do not receive your email certificate, please contact our office at (800) 390-9536 and we will be more than happy to assist you. • Most likely, you just accidentally typo’d your email address, causing it not to be deliverable to you — or your email server has rejected it as Spam without giving you the option to accept it. This unfortunately happens frequently with government and university mail servers.
