I completed a Quick Search on a subject and did not receive any results?
Although we query billions of available public records and directories when you initiate a search, results can only be as accurate and complete as the information that is available in those databases. However, there are times when the information you enter produces invalid results. You may try again being sure to type in as much and as accurate information on your subject as possible. If you didn’t receive any information at all, you may try the following: • Broaden your search, removing such variables as city and/or middle initials. • Try variations on the name, such as William for Bill or Jon for John. • If you know the first letter of the name, try substituting wildcards (*) for the remaining letters, such as P* for Peter. Remember, there is no charge for preliminary results, so try as many variations as you like until you have a reasonable level of confidence in your results.
