You need to go to a colorist! You are going to fry your hair if you keep dying it. A colorist can remove the color and put your color back in without damaging your hair. With what you are spending on boxes you should have just gone and had it done in the first place!

A colorist is just going to put a toner in it and you can do that yourself. You’ll need to go to a beauty supply store. I’m guessing you lightened your hair so don’t use a color remover, it won’t help at this point. Use the suggestions in the article below and give it a month or two for the color to fade somewhat and then you can dye it back to your natural color. At that time, get a demi-permanent color with a blue or green “base”. Red-based colors (described “warm” or “golden” shades) will only increase the orange tones. Demi-permanent dyes don’t last as long as “permanent” dyes but they are much more gentle to your hair.

Try Loreal’s Color Zap for taking the dye out at home. You better be careful about dyeing your hair too much…it can fall out. No joke.
