do not re-color it that will damage your hair toooooo much When my hair turns green I mix chamomile tean and lemon juice spary that on my hair and sit in the sun untill dry then wash my hair and condition this takes the green out of my hair

Chlorine will not fade out of your hair, once it is on your hair shaft it coats it and is there until your hair grows out. The only way to get rid of that green tint is to go to a salon and have your hair toned or you can color over it but it’s best to have a professional do this. Good luck!
