I clicked on the link to go to the room, but it says there is an authentication error. What is wrong?.

I received an email when I used the "Forgot password" or "Forgot username" links but when I clicked on the link in my email, I received an error message (example: error 403). What should I do?
I clicked on the room link on the tourney page, but it put me in the room with the wrong ID. How do I go to the room with my MonkeyRoyale ID?
