I clicked on the “Expand All” mode in a busy discussion forum, but after clicking on “Respond”, nothing happens. Why?

When the number of posts in a Discussion Topic is greater than 99, responding with all posts opened is not allowed by eCollege. Instead, you must use the “Collapse All” mode, then you can manually open as many posts as you want, and you will be able to use the “Respond” feature. If the number of posts is less than 99, then you will be able to use “Expand All” and respond. This is a known issue eCollege is still researching to try to fix.
