I chose Priority Mail and my product still took 2 weeks to arrive. Whats up with that?
A. You must have ordered a product which we didn’t have stock on at the time that we received your order. If an item is out of stock when we receive your order, we still ship it out by Priority Mail when we receive it from the manufacturer. Although we do try to keep stock on the items in our catalog, there are times when there may be delays getting items from the manufacturer. We will let you know by e-mail if an item is out of stock so you can decide if you would still like to wait for your item or cancel the order. Q.
