I charge my Z-Max power module but the LED indicators on the outside of the module never reach 100%. What is wrong?

There probably isnt anything wrong with the power module. The lithium ion battery needs to be calibrated periodically for the LED indicators to remain accurate. The Z-Max power module has calibration functionality which is activated by pressing the calibrate button on the front of the module. Please see the Z-Max Operation and Application Guide for detailed instructions on how to calibrate the power module.
