I changed a mark in the Grade Book but the submission in the Turnitin box still has the original mark. How do I fix this?
The best option is to enter the mark only in the associated column in the Grade Book and not to enter it at all into the grade box in the student’s Turnitin submission. This will allow you to keep control over the marks to be released and prevent this issue from occurring. Use the “Released to Student” option under Column Settings in the Grade Book to control release. Otherwise you will need to manually alter the mark in the Turnitin grade box as well as in the Vista Grade Book.
