LibraryCard and LibraryCardPublisher use TCP/IP sockets to communicate with LibrarySvr. You must ensure that TCP/IP is installed on your computer, otherwise the Librarian applications will not be able to communicate with each other. See the ReadMe.txt document that comes with the download and CD.
