I can’t stand the thought of consuming vegetables for breakfast on the Liver Enhancement. What are the substitutes?
Consume an apple and some nuts or peanut butter. Have cottage cheese or plain yogurt with berries. You could make a shake with berries, plain yogurt and peanut butter.
