• Are you actually registered to use the Galter Library website? If you are not registered, go to the Sign In/Create Account page. If you try to create an account and are told that you have already have one, then contact the Reference Desk. • If you have previously been able to sign in and are now unable to do so, try requesting that your password be sent to you (click on I forgot my password on the Sign In/Create Account page). As long as the system recognizes your email address, your password will be automatically emailed to you within a few minutes. If you do not receive your password, then contact the Reference Desk. • If you are still unable to sign in, contact the Reference Desk.
