I can seem to start a repair order using BodyShop Office. What am I doing wrong?
Before you can create a repair order you need to enter an appointment, even if the vehicle is already at your shop. When entering the appointment you can choose to create the repair order at the same time. When closing the appointment you can choose to close the repair order at the same time. Appointments and repair orders (if you choose to use the RO feature) are dynamically connected.
